Christophe Rochet, the current head of Doudet-Naudin, is committed to maintaining the values of this well-respected Maison while restructuring it. For almost two centuries we have been producing great wines with a single goal: to reveal and highlight the Burgundy terroir while respecting the values that we hold dear: authenticity and quality.
ABOUT BURGUNDY
The terroirs of Crémant de Bourgogne vary considerably, as the appellation covers nearly 400 parishes throughout Burgundy. Many of the famous communes of the Côte d'Or have vineyards within their boundaries which are the source for Crémant. Similar to Champagne, white Crémant de Bourgogne can be made in various forms, including the standard "Blanc" which may feature a component of white wine made from red grapes. As for other wine styles, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir dominate.
