In 2012 Jean-Marie’s sons Clément and Florian joined the family business after a few years of working in Burgundy and exploring new world winemaking techniques in the USA and New Zealand.

 ABOUT COTEAUX DU GIENNOIS

portugal3-2

Coteaux du Giennois is a small appelation (A.O.C.) adjacent to Sancerre with less than 200 hectares planted. Estabished in 1998, Coteaux du Giennois is a new comer that offers Sancerre’s quality and style at a fraction of the price. The vines grow on flinty or limestone hills along the Loire.  White wines are fresh, fine and fruity; rosés are tender and subtle, the reds aromatic and round.
